MDM preconfigurations

Before you configure MTD Management Console for use with Ivanti Neurons for MDM, you need to create an Ivanti Neurons for Mobile Threat Defense application program interface (API) user and assign a few roles. This API user will be used by the MTD Management Console to communicate with Ivanti Neurons for MDM. Ivanti reccommends creating a new API user to manage MTD.

If you are switching between MTD providers, Ivanti recommends that you create new configurations instead of modifying existing ones.
